Beetroot - a super food. Baked beet root chips is the other healthiest snacks you can try. This is a easy version
- Peel the beet
- Slice beetroot in to round and flat with slicer
- Toss in one spoon oil and pinch of salt
- Add the slices on to the greased baking tray
- Microwave high for 2min.
- Cool down until crisp
- You can skip salt if you like it to be sweetish taste
I like to skip the salt. Do not use baking paper on tray. This version of chips will be little crisp.try it and enjoy. Bon appetit !!
