- Pre-Heat oven
- Slice the potatoes flat with the mandolin slicer or a kitchen knife
- Toss the slices in just half a spoon of oil and salt
- You can also use Italian seasoning or pepper powder as per your taste
- Place the slices on greased parchment paper
- Microwave in high for about 3 to 4 min
- Cool down until crisp and serve
You can use normal small microwave oven instead of grill ovens.
Parchment paper is must for this, It helps Potatoes doesn't stick on tray and cook fast
Olive oil is a healthy substitute.
